What Changed: We Moved to Dutchie Plus
We've transitioned our online ordering system to Dutchie Plus – the streamlined, direct version of the technology that's been powering dispensaries across the country. This replaces our previous platform, which was running on top of the same Dutchie technology but came with a lot of extra friction we just didn't need.
The short version: same trusted tech, way less headache.
Why We Made the Switch
Our previous setup had been causing real problems for our patients. Specifically:
Confusing pricing: Displayed prices weren't always reflecting what you'd actually pay at checkout, creating frustration and uncertainty.
Broken loyalty redemption: Loyalty points couldn't be applied directly at online checkout – a major pain point for our most loyal patients.
Integration issues: The platform had compatibility problems that affected the reliability of our menu and ordering flow.
Going directly to Dutchie Plus removes those layers of complexity. We're getting the same solid foundation with none of the drama.
What's Better Now for Patients at The Source
Tax-Inclusive Menu Prices
One of the most patient-friendly changes: menu prices now include tax. What you see is what you pay. No more surprise totals at checkout – just clear, honest pricing from the moment you start shopping.
Loyalty Rewards That Actually Work at Checkout
Your CannaCoins loyalty points can now be applied seamlessly at checkout online. All existing loyalty points transferred automatically – you didn't lose a thing in the transition. If you're not yet enrolled in our loyalty program, ask any of our Sourcerers in-store.
A Smoother, More Reliable Checkout Experience
The overall checkout flow is cleaner and more reliable. Fewer steps, fewer errors, and a menu that loads and updates the way it should – especially important as we continue expanding our product selection from Arkansas's finest cultivators.
