Eligibility for cannabis delivery in Arkansas
Arkansas is a medical-only state. Recreational cannabis isn't legal, and no licensed Arkansas dispensary (The Source included) can deliver to anyone without medical credentials. We accept two:
Arkansas MMJ card.
Issued by the AR Department of Health to residents with a qualifying condition certified by an AR-licensed physician. Three-year card. The card is what you show our driver at the door.
MMJ Card Requirements90-day AR Visiting Patient card.
For out-of-state patients who already hold a valid medical cannabis card from their home state. $50 through the AR Department of Health, valid 90 days, renewable. Works the same as an AR cardholder card for delivery (and for in-store purchases). Common for patients flying into XNA or in Arkansas on extended business.

Do dispensaries deliver cannabis in Arkansas?
Yes. Arkansas is a medical-only state, and licensed dispensaries (including The Source) can deliver cannabis directly to patients who hold a valid Arkansas MMJ card or a 90-day AR Visiting Patient card. The Source dispatches free delivery to 11 NWA cities from our Rogers location, Wednesday through Saturday, with a $100 pre-tax minimum order.
Is Arkansas 420 friendly? Can I get recreational cannabis delivery?
Arkansas is medical-only. Recreational cannabis isn't legal in AR, so there's no way to get recreational delivery (no dispensary can legally sell to a non-cardholder). If you qualify for the AR medical program (or hold a card from another medical state, in which case you can apply for the AR 90-day Visiting Patient card), you can order medical cannabis delivery from licensed AR dispensaries.
Can I order cannabis delivery online and have it shipped to my address in another state?
No. Cannabis cannot cross state lines, even for medical patients. Every order has to be filled by a dispensary licensed in the state where the patient receives delivery. If you're an Arkansas patient (or a Visiting Patient with a valid card), The Source can deliver to any of our 11 NWA cities. If you're in another state, you'll need a dispensary licensed there.
Which NWA cities does The Source deliver to?
The Source delivers cannabis to 11 Northwest Arkansas cities: Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Bella Vista, Pea Ridge, Johnson, and Tontitown. Do you offer same-day cannabis delivery in NWA?
Yes, on Wednesdays through Saturdays. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a delivery day ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. ship the next delivery day. We don't deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. Same-day drops typically land within 45 to 75 minutes of dispatch, depending on which of the 11 cities you're in and the day's order volume.
What's the difference between ordering delivery from The Source vs. another NWA dispensary?
Three things that aren't standard elsewhere: (1) delivery is free with a $100 pre-tax minimum, (2) we deliver to 11 NWA cities instead of just one or two, and (3) every delivery order earns CannaCoins loyalty points at the same rate as in-store purchases, with tier graduation across Silver, Gold, and Diamond. House brands In The Flow (flower) and The Source Apothecary (edibles, carts, concentrates) only deliver from us; you won't find them on another dispensary's truck.
Can I use UberEats, DoorDash, or Instacart for cannabis delivery in Arkansas?
No. Cannabis is federally illegal, so third-party apps like UberEats, DoorDash, and Instacart can't legally carry cannabis orders. AR-licensed dispensaries run their own delivery fleets under state oversight. The Source's delivery is run by our own staff, dispatched from our Rogers store, with patient-card verification at every step.
What is Dutchie and why does The Source use it for online orders?
Dutchie is a compliance-grade cannabis e-commerce platform used by dispensaries across the US, including The Source. It handles medical-cardholder verification, live menu and inventory, age/state checks, and the checkout flow that AR regulations require for online cannabis orders. You'll browse our menu and place delivery (or pickup) orders through the Dutchie-powered menu at thesource-mj.com/stores/the-source-rogers.
Outside our delivery zone? In-store pickup at 4505 W Poplar
If you're outside the 11-city delivery zone (Eureka Springs, Siloam Springs, Gravette, Decatur, Elm Springs, or any other NWA address), in-store pickup is the alternative:
Pickup has no minimum (delivery does), so it's also useful for smaller orders, or for grabbing a single product mid-week.
